Just in time for Bachelor Pad, former Bachelor series contestants announce engagements to fellow show stars

Sorry, money-making anti-love reality TV show series, we see right through you. Earlier this week, just as ABC's Bachelor Pad debuted, DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak, who walked away engaged when Pappas was The Bachelorette, have announced their engagement to each of their new loves - who also have Bachelor connections.

Pappas, 28, announced her engagement to Stephen Stagliano earlier this week, debuting her 2.12 carat Asscher-cut diamond engagement ring. The couple were engaged over Memorial Day weekend, about one month before Stephen's twin brother Michael - who was on the Bachelorette season starring Jillian Harris - proposed to girlfriend Holly Durst with a ring from Boston's Kiing Jewelers. Durst also appeared on a former season of the Bachelor, and both couples met at a taping of a Bachelor reunion special in 2009.

Now, the two couples are planning a TV wedding special titled Four Better, for Worse and a double wedding next spring, and both brides will likely wear Monique Lhuillier.

Also this week, Pappas' former fiance, snowboarder Jesse Csincsak announced his engagement to Ann Leuders, who appeared on Jason Mesnick's Bachelor season and met Csincsak on a reunion cruise to Mexico for the show last year.

He presented her with a $22,000 princess-cut ring from Levit Jewelers in Ohio. The couple have not announced any wedding plans.

So while it seems almost impossible to make a viable love-match during the show's whirlwind filming schedule, the show seems to be picking up some credibility with making love connections, after all. Does this mean we still have to watch it?
