Britney not marrying Jason Trawick

At least, not yet.

Despite checking out a wedding chapel on the grounds of Maui's Grand Wailea Resort, where she's currently on vacation with boyfriend Jason Trawick, and tearfully watching a wedding ceremony below her hotel balcony two days later, a source tells People that rumours that Britney Spears, 29, is considering marriage to 38-year-old Trawick, her former agent.

"They're really taking things day by day and really enjoying their time," says the source, though they did say that "of course" Spears and Trawick talk about the future. Trawick "really cares for her, deeply cares for the kids and loves her," says another source, referring to the stars sons Preston, 4, and Jayden, 3, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The couple became an item last year, and as their relationship grew the couple cut professional ties. Spears was previously married to Federline, and was wed for 55 hours to childhood friend Jason Alexander, whom she married over a whirlwind New Year's Eve in Las Vegas in 2004.

Mexican singer Juan Gabriel engaged to younger man

Mexican singer Juan Gabriel has never confirmed reports he's gay, but this week in Mexico City his former assistant announced his engagement to Spanish boyfriend Jas Devael. Gabriel's former PA Joaquin Munoz told Shanik Berman's radio show in Mexico City that, "It's hard to believe, but they told me that due to the legalization of gay marriage (in Mexico City) they were going to surprise everyone with this engagement."

The couple met in 2007 through his sister, Isabel Pantoja, and have since become inseparable. Gabriel admired Devael's talent and vowed to make him a star, sending him to song and dance lessons. Gabriel, 60, produced the 21-year-old's upcoming album.

BBUK 2010 winner to marry her 'showmance'?

Just last week, UK Big Brother crowned Josie Gibson, 25, the winner of the final series of the British reality TV program, which has been a huge hit there since it debuted a decade ago. While inside the house, she got close to fellow finalist, 24-year-old Aussie John James Parton, and now the Daily Mail says insiders claim they're engaged.

Though the couple have not confirmed reports they're engaged, they have both alluded to the possibility. In an interview with Britain's Daily Star this weekend, Gibson said, "I want John James to be my husband. It's always been in the back of my mind. I've never loved someone like this. My mum has given us her blessing as well. I spoke to her about our plans and she says she loves him."

From the same article, Parton said, "I want to get married too. I was thinking about it while we were in the house. Josie is definitely marriage material and I really love her."

No matter whether or not it's true - Big Brother showmances generally don't last. In the UK version, only Grace Adams-Short and Mikey Dalton's relationship lasted - they wed last year after meeting on the 2006 series. In the US version, no showmances have reached the altar, but 2009's supercouple, Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd, are still going strong.

Jason Kidd reportedly engaged to baby mama

NBA star Jason Kidd has proposed to his girlfriend, Porschla Coleman, a former model and the mother of Kidd's youngest child, born January 24, 2010.

Soon after the birth of their child the couple split, but if MediaTakeOut's sources are correct, the pair found their way back. No wedding plans have been announced, but if true this will be Coleman's first marriage (though she famously dated hip hop mogul Russell Simmons), and Kidd's second. He is estranged and recently divorced from ex-wife Joumana, mother of his son and twin daughters.

Ringless Abbey Clancy still won't comment on status of relationship with Peter Crouch

British model/TV presenter Abbey Clancy is turning up everywhere without her engagement ring from Team England footballer Peter Crouch following revelations earlier this month that he's a cheating rat - namely a rat who bedded a teenage prostitute. But Clancy won't comment one way or another in regards to whether or not the pair are together or splitting - and friends tell The Daily Mail that's because "She feels very lost."

Adds the source, "Abbey is throwing herself back into work to take her mind off the painful situation. She still feels so angry, and isn't really speaking to Pete. She's also terrified of taking him back and then finding out there have been more girls. Abbey is feeling exhausted, anxious and tearful. She's said that things will now go either way but that it will work out for the best. She's going through so many different emotions at the moment - it's tough but she's a fighter. She's not gong to be easy on Pete, that's for sure."

Clancy has previously spoken of her trust in Crouch, once telling OK!: "There are loads of footballers who are happily married and you don't hear anything about them. Everyone chats Peter up, and it doesn't matter if I'm there or not. It amuses me and Peter doesn't take any notice of them."

Follow Elin and Sandra's lead and dump him, Abbey! No one needs that kind of crap!

Keyshia Cole married Boobie Gibson?

According to a source at MediaTakeOut, R&B singer Keyshia Cole married NBA star Daniel "Boobie" Gibson in a secret Malibu ceremony earlier this month. The only 'proof' might be that Gibson refers to Cole as his wife on his personal website. In May, the couple threw the urban blog off their tail by leaking plans to postpone the wedding while Cole worked on her next studio album. If the wedding took place, that's what we call mission: accomplished.

The couple welcomed their first child, son Daniel Jr. in March.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller reportedly joined in traditional Baci marriage blessing

It's not a legally recognized wedding in their home country, the United Kingdom, but The Daily Mail reports that British actors Jude Law and Sienna Miller were blessed in a traditional Baci ceremony while on holiday in Laos in April. The couple were on holiday at the deluxe Amantaka Hotel in Luang Prabang, the capital.

In the ceremony, a village shaman joins the wrists with string and gifts the couple with red and white string bracelets to mark the union. Law was spotted wearing a red and white string bracelet at the 2010 Tony Awards in May.

The Mail claims that the couple - who have yet to announce an engagement - are planning a larger ceremony for family and friends to take place in the next few months.

Law and Miller have dated on-and-off since 2005, and were previously engaged, but split when it was revealed he had slept with the nanny of his children with ex-wife Sadie Frost - Rafferty, 13, Iris, 9, and Rudy, 7. He also father a child with American Samantha Burke in 2009 - daughter Sophia Lee Burke.

Royal cousin claims William and Kate engaged already, will marry in July

A royal cousin is about to get a royal lashing - Prince Julius Eduard von Anhalt, Duke of Saxony, has told a British magazine that Prince William and his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton are already engaged and plan to announce it this fall - with a July wedding date in the works.

Prince Eduard refused to provide proof of invitation and refused to give the exact date of the ceremony, saying it was confidential. Which, in my experience, means he should have just kept his mouth shut entirely. Guess the man needs money, even if his invitation to the wedding of the decade is about to be revoked. A German publication is now speculating that the ceremony could take place on July 29th - the same day Charles wed Diana in 1981.

According to Eduard, the pair were engaged over the summer after "Kate issued William with an ultimatum: we marry or we break up. There are obviously no more objections from the public, so the engagement is set for this autumn. The wedding is set for July."

However, a source close to Prince William last night threw water on the flames, saying, "This gentleman does not know what he is talking about. Prince William has probably not even heard of him. The engagement is still an if, not a when."

Guess those bookies still have something to shoot for, then!

Kate Moss marriage rumours continue...

You know, it must be fun being Kate Moss over in England. No matter who she dates, no matter what she does, if there is a ring on any one of her fingers, she must be getting married - even if she's never done it before and she's never led anyone to believe she was all that interested in actually being married - especially with the caliber of men she tends to go out with.

Which is not to say that British rock musician Jamie Hince of The Kills is in any way comparable to the disaster that is Pete Doherty, who dated Moss on and off for years.

This week in Italy, Moss was spotted with Hince at the annual horse races in Siena, and The Daily Mail pointed out that the couple were wearing similar rings on their "wedding fingers," to match the matching anchor tattoos on their left wrists. However, a friend told the Mail, "Kate and Jamie are closer than ever. They aren't married yet. It definitely looks like they are practicing for married life!"

Though the couple has never confirmed it, the Mail reported in February that Hince proposed to Moss on her 36th birthday earlier this year. Despite having a reportedly tempestuous relationship ever since meeting in September 2007, sources say that Hince has been a good influence on Moss, who has struggled with drug and alcohol in the past. Also, friends claim he gets along well with Moss' eight-year-old daughter, Lila, with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.

English bookies convinced Prince William and Kate Middleton to wed next year

How is this for a fool's intuition? English bookie firm William Hill is only now taking bets on the month of the ceremony and location of the honeymoon for the heavily anticipated royal wedding of Prince William and his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton.

Rupert Adams, William Hill's royal correspondent, told media, "Almost every bet we have taken in the last six months suggests a 2011 wedding and as a result we have decided that the market is no longer viable."

As for what bets are leading the pack, June has the best odds at 1/2, and the African island of Mustique leads honeymoon destinations at 4/1.

Guess we'll have to wait and see, but we think we'll keep our bets to ourselves.

Uma puts a ring back on

Following recent photographs of Kill Bill star Uma Thurman reunited with ex-fiance Arpad Busson, the actress was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left hand earlier this week while walking her son, Levon, home from school in NYC (pictured, left).

Neither reps for Thurman, nor the millionaire Swiss financier, are talking, adding fuel to rumours that the couple have not only reconciled, but have kickstarted their engagement again.

The pair split late last year following two years together, only to be seen getting close in London and New York multiple times this month. Thurman was previously married to actors Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke, with whom she has son Levon, 8, and 11-year-old daughter Maya, and Busson has sons Flynn, 11, and Cy, 6, with ex-fiancee, supermodel Elle MacPherson.

Wedding bells for Geri Halliwell?

Following a short-lived engagement to Italian businessman Fabrizio Politi in early 2009, Spice Girl Geri Halliwell began dating wealthy aristocrat Henry Beckwith in April, and now British tabs are reporting that the couple are planning to wed.

Spotted at St. John Parish Church in Hampstead, London, with longtime friend Kenny Goss (George Michael's long-term partner, in spite of Michael's need to have sex with strange men in park bushes), Halliwell reportedly met with the church vicar for an hour, after which she and Goss headed straight to boutique tailor Thom Sweeney.

The source tailing the pair asked, "Who should we be congratulating on the wedding?" Goss immediately pointed at Halliwell before catching himself and saying: "Erm, I mean both of us."

"Geri was giggling, and seemed really excited," the source added. "She wouldn't say what they were doing, but Kenny let the cat out the bag."

This would be Halliwell's first marriage. She has a daughter, 3-year-old Bluebell, from a relationship with screenwriter Sacha Gervasi.

Macca engagement rumours kick into overdrive as girlfriend's divorce finalized

Together since the final days of his contentious divorce in 2008 from charity-loving celebrity psychopath Heather Mills, Beatle Sir Paul McCartney and his wealthy American socialite girlfriend Nancy Shevell are reportedly set to wed, according to The Daily Mail. At left, they're pictured together on the red carpet at Sunday's Golden Globes.

With Shevell's own divorce just recently finalized, the Mail reports that McCartney has proposed and the couple are telling friends they plan to wed. A source told the paper, "Paul is deliriously happy with Nancy and decided she was the woman he wanted to make his third wife."

Friends, like fellow Beatle Ringo Starr, are reported to be thrilled for the couple, as is McCartney's children. Fashion designer daughter Stella, who famously disliked Mills, is said to be a fan of Shevell's, and Mills herself praised McCartney's potential future wife, saying, "My daughter says she's wonderful."

Reps won't confirm or deny a possible engagement. This would be McCartney's third marriage - before Mills he was wed to "the love of my life," Linda, with whom he has four children and who died of cancer in 1998. He has a six-year-old daughter, Beatrice, with Mills. Shevell has a teenage son from her recently-ended marriage to Bruce Blakeman.

Derek Jeter's secret wedding plans blown?

So much for keeping things off the radar - New York Yankees superstar shortstop, Derek Jeter, and his actress girlfriend, Minka Kelly, have never even come out and admitted they're a couple. They rarely get photographed together and have never confirmed reports of an August engagement, but it's the worst kept secret in the colliding worlds of major league sports and their Hollywood love lives.

Add their reported wedding date and venue to the list of poorly-kept secrets, and by now the couple may have already tried to make alternate wedding arrangements in order to keep their privacy.

A New York Post reporter got down and dirty recently, posing as a bride-to-be attempting to book a wedding at Oheka Castle - the location of Kevin Jonas' wedding one month ago - in Huntington, New York for November 5, 2010.

The castle - the second-largest private residence in the United States - has hosted lavish parties for royalty, politicians, and celebs for close to 100 years, and is equipped to hold one wedding per day. Showing her a print-out of the castle's wedding schedule, Oheka's sales manager denied her request, stating that the hotel was completely booked that weekend, and Jeter's name was clearly visible.

The reporter asked if the venue would be willing to ask the booked weeding to move for a price, and the sales manager laughed and said their clients were usually so wealthy it wasn't an issue.

"I guess if it were Derek Jeter getting married, he really wouldn't care about my money," the reporter suggested, but the sales manager was quick on his feet.

"Oh, that's not Derek Jeter," he said. "We wouldn't use his real name if it were. When the Jonas brother got married here last month, we used a different name."

Royal wedding bells to ring?

The buzz on when Britain's heir to the throne, Prince William, will wed his longtime girlfriend, Kate Middleton, is growing larger, and it would seem that a royal wedding could happen within the next year, or possibly in 2011.

According to sources quoted on PopEater.com, Queen Elizabeth II has made it clear to her grandson that she wants him to have a princess at his side by the time of her Diamond Jubilee (that's 60 years on the throne) in 2012.

"The Queen is planning six months of celebrations leading up to the February anniversary of her coronation for herself and will not be upstaged by a royal wedding. This is her time to shine, no one else's," the source is quoted as saying.

Our opinion? A wedding between William and "Waity Katie," as the poor girl's been dubbed after spending the past eight years as the prince's one-and-only, would only serve to help the Queen celebrate her 60th anniversary at the top. Despite that disastrously receding hairline and huge old teeth, wealthy William landed a pretty, popular girlfriend and those that care, they want a wedding. Kate's injection by marriage into the royal family will only help their public image.

We think that a wedding is bound to happen, but why force them into it? God forbid they wait until they know for sure that they're ready; the family's been through enough divorces.

Kourtney and Kim Kardashian: Not engaged

Their younger sister Khloe met and married LA Lakers star Lamar Odom within a month last fall, but celebutante Kim Kardashian went on record recently to debunk rumours that her older sister, Kourtney, was engaged to her boyfriend Scott Disick.

"They are not engaged to be married," Kim, 29, said during an interview with Dallas-based radio show Kidd Kraddick in the Morning. "I don't think Kourtney really is thinking about that right now. She's not really focused on getting married. I don't think she wants that responsibility right now. She's just having a good time loving being a mom. And I think she's just going to stick with that for right now."

Kourtney and Disick welcomed son Mason Dash on December 14th.

During the interview, Kim, who is dating New Orleans Saints' star Reggie Bush - currently chasing his first Super Bowl ring in the NFL playoffs - also said she will patiently wait for her own ring.

"I would like for them to get to the Super Bowl and win it," she said, adding in jest, "Get him a ring first. That's the deal."

Kate Moss engaged?

To help celebrate her 36th birthday on Sunday, January 17th, supermodel Kate Moss' boyfriend, The Kills' frontman Jamie Hince, asked the waif star to be his wife!

According to The Daily Mail, the rocker flew to the Indian Ocean island of Mustique where Moss was working to suprise her with a ring he'd picked out with her help of Moss' close friend, Topshop tycoon Philip Green.

A friend of Moss' told the Mail, "Kate was stunned. Jamie called her up and told her not to come home. He said he was flying out to Mustique. He had carefully picked a ring and chose her birthday to propose. It was the first time they had been alone together in quite a while and it was extremely emotional. Kate and Jamie are in a very good place, they already live together and this is the next step to settling down for good."

Moss and Hince, who were introduced by mutual friend (and Jude Law ex) Sadie Frost at a Kills show in September 2007, spent the New Year's holiday in Thailand with Naomi Campbell and her Russian billionaire boyfriend.

This will be the first marriage for both if the reports are true. Moss has had a series of high profile relationships since debuting as the face of Calvin Klein in the early 90s, including a four-year relationship with actor Johnny Depp, and a two-year gongshow with bad boy rocker Pete Doherty. She has a seven-year-old daughter, Lila, with ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack.

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt, she of the never-single-life, is reportedly getting engaged again to her costar, Jamie Kennedy, with whom she has been dating for close to a year.

According to Star, the couple shopped for rings in his hometown of Philadelphia over the holidays. “They decided to pick it out together so Jennifer gets what she likes. She wants at least three carats, princess cut and platinum,” a source tells the publication.

Robbie Williams wants Valentine's Day wedding?

The rumours don't stop coming. Following the rumour that rapper Jay-Z would like to plan pop singer Robbie Williams' upcoming wedding to actress Ayda Field (which is itself still just a rumour), comes reports that the couple will marry on Valentine's Day next month.

A source close to Williams told Britain's Daily Star that, "Robbie doesn't want to have a long, drawn-out engagement. When he gets something in his head, there's no stopping him. He's asked all his friends and family to keep the entire week free leading up to February 14, so they can have a week-long celebration before Valentine's Day. He has asked best friend Jonathan Wilkes to be best man and it's likely Take That will perform."

Robbie is said to have booked two potential venues in Santa Barbara, California for the wedding, and is planning week-long celebrations with family and friends. The celebrity guest list is expected to include Robbie's former Take That bandmates Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Mark Owen and Jason Orange.

Really Ridiculous: Jay-Z wants to plan Robbie Williams' wedding

Sometimes, the tabs try so hard to get an interesting headline, they don't care how stupid it sounds - or they're just too stupid to realize it sounds as stupid as it does. And The Sun is the guilty party this time around.

We present their report that rapper Jay-Z wants to stick his neck out and plan pop singer Robbie Williams' wedding to American actress Ayda Field. Williams has not even confirmed the engagement rumours, though Field has been spotted out wearing a diamond ring on that finger.

In a fairly generic, likely made-up quote, the rapper - who married singer Beyonce Knowles on April 4, 2008 - tells The Sun, "I would be happy to help Robbie organise his wedding. I am sure he will make it an extravagant party. I had my 40th birthday last month in the Dominican Republic. That would be a great place for Robbie's wedding. It's the most stunning place on earth. It has everything - beautiful beaches, scenery, golf courses - and is easy to fly guests to."

Jay-Z reportedly continued, "The entertainment at my party was all hot and if Robbie wants my help he should come over for dinner and Beyonce and I can help him out. She is great at organising parties, she loves it. I don't know what Robbie's entertainment plans are, but as a wedding present, I would get up after the speeches and do a little set."

As you can tell by the mock-up photo out of the British press, it's unclear whether Jay-Z and Robbie Williams have ever even met, just that they both performed at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards.
