1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finally chopped- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
 - 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
 - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
 - Spoon mixture into a 9" quiche dish or pie plate.
 - Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
