- 4 cups cranberries
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 packages of lemon gelatin
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 orange
- 1 apple, diced (optional)
- Grind up cranberries.
- Grind up orange, including rind.
- Combine cranberries and sugar together in a bowl, let stand.
- Dissolve the gelatin in warm water in separate bowl.
- Mix cranberry mixture, orange, and apple (optional) into the gelatin stirring until completely blended.
- Pour into molds.
