A Christmas Song

I just finished "A Christmas Song" by Lynda Watkins, from Full Circle Designs, from the 2008 JCS ornament issue. It was a lot of fun to stitch up. I did it on a mystery piece of linen, with DMC colors. I didn't have a couple of the colors so I switched them out. I like how it turned out.

July Ornament

I started this little guy on Wednesday and finished him up last night :)

Finally a finish!

I'm pretty sure I last posted in April and I have been working on an ornament (or two), they just took me longer than expected to finish, so finally here they are in all their blurry glory ( I just can't seem to take good photos).

I really like this ornament because it's a bit quirky, I changed the colours to DMC threads and even though it's not as nice as the original I think turned out OK.

This is the one that took so long, I've only done one other of these kits and this one had lots more beads, it seemed to go on forever! It's so much more sparkling IRL than in the photo, I wish I could capture it.
