Sankari's Challenge #19 - Fun With Numbers


Hi Friends!! I want to announce that Sankari of Sankari's Sunshine Corner will be hosting a challenge along with Vicki and Debbie once a month!! Whoohoo! It'll be fun to see the different challenges that these talented ladies will come up with each week!!

Hi Everyone, I am so excited to be your hostess for Challenge #19 for the the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog :) It's been absolutely fantastic to be part of this group! And not only do we get to be ahead in our holiday cards this year, but its a great way to use up some holiday papers, ribbon, etc. I have a lot number embellishments lying around - so I was wondering what to do with them, so....

This week, I thought about mixing it up a bit and thought that we could play around with numbers. Create a card or creation where you use numbers as the main feature of the card - have fun! Sometimes, its nice to have a sketch for a card - and so if you would like to have a sketch to play around with, here is one that you can use :) But the challenge isn't the sketch, but to use numbers! Have fun!!! Can't wait to see your creations!!!

Debbie's Color Combo Challenge #17 (05-18-09)




*****Debbie of "the Paper Garden" will be hosting our challenges every 3rd week of the month and this week her challenge is a color combo challenge! Whoohoo!!


We want to welcome a new member of our design team: America of Cards by America! Whoohoo! America is a very talented card maker and her cards as with the other team members will surely inspire you to create your Christmas cards early this year!! Welcome America!

This week's challenge is a color combo challenge. The color combo is: Sage, Chocolate, Peach.

Debbie here...If you like to use Stampin up colors, you can also use SU!'s Groovy Guava, Appricot Appeal or Cameo Coral for your peach. I am excited to be helping Maria host these challenges. I won't always choose colors for my challenges. I realize these aren't traditional Christmas colors, but sometimes it's just fun to shake things up. I can't wait to see what you all create.

For those who wants a sketch to follow, I provided a sketch. The sketch is not part of the challenge.

Vicki's Challenge #16 (05-11-09) - Add a little Zing with Christmas Bling!

***Vicki of Summerthyme Studio will be hosting the challenges the 2nd week of each month. Whoohoo!! ***

Well, here we are at week 16..........wow almost four months worth of cards!!! How are you coming with your challenge cards??? I am excited that I have fourteen complete with the number growing each week!!!!

I am very excited to let you know that I will be hosting one of the challenges each month! I was thrilled when my best surfer Chicka Stamper Maria asked me if I would like to do this! So, here I AM~~~~ Yay! Hope that you all will play along with me and the Diva's!

So how does one add a little Zing with Christmas Bling? Well you can use Glitter........... Red, Green, Gold, Silver.........anything that suits your fancy! Maybe a some Rhinestones or Blingy Brads, Some Pretty Embossing anything that resembles Tinsel or Christmas Lights! LOL!!

Color Inspiration Challenge #15 (05-04-09)


Hi Everyone!! It's challenge time again! Whoohoo! To jazz things up a little. . .sort of to get out of the weekly routine. . this week we have a color challenge. I found this Christmas tree photo all decorated with non-traditional colors and I thought this would make for a great color combo challenge. You may use all the colors or pick out the ones you want to use. You don't have to use all the colors. What do you think? Try it out! We'd love to see your card.
